This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload is echoed unescaped both inside a title HTML attribute and in the table cell body in admin/ecf_index.php; base64 encoding and serialization of the stored values do not neutralize the malicious
