This could be exploited in a Denial of Service attack\n(CVE-2017-3730).\n\nOpenSSL is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an out-of-bounds\nread when using a specific cipher. By sending specially crafted truncated\npackets, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using\nCHACHA20/POLY1305 to cause the application to crash (CVE-2017-3731).\n\nOpenSSL could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information,\ncaused by a propagation error in the BN_mod_exp() function. An attacker\ncould exploit this vulnerability to obtain information about the private\nkey (CVE-2017-3732).\n\nDuring a renegotiation handshake if the Encrypt-Then-Mac extension is\nnegotiated where it was not in the original handshake (or vice-versa)\nthen this can cause OpenSSL 1.1.0 before 1.1.0e to crash (dependent on\nciphersuite). Both clients and servers are affected (CVE-2017-3733)\n\nA local user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle VM VirtualBox Core component\nto partially access data, partially modify data, and deny service\n(CVE-2017-10392, CVE-2017-10407, CVE-2017-10408).\n\nA local user can exploit a flaw in the Oracle VM VirtualBox Core component\nto partially access data, partially modify data, and partially deny service\n(CVE-2017-10428).\n\nFor other fixes in this update see the referenced changelog.\n",null,[],[],[],[14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28],{"_key":15},"CVE-2017-10392",{"_key":17},"CVE-2017-10407",{"_key":19},"CVE-2017-10408",{"_key":21},"CVE-2017-10428",{"_key":23},"CVE-2017-2730",{"_key":25},"CVE-2017-3731",{"_key":27},"CVE-2017-3732",{"_key":29},"CVE-2017-3733",[],[],[33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40],{"_key":15},{"_key":17},{"_key":19},{"_key":21},{"_key":23},{"_key":25},{"_key":27},{"_key":29},"2017-10-27T07:16:04Z","2026-04-16T06:26:04.524149011Z",{"cisa_kev":44,"cisa_ransomware":44,"cisa_vendor":9,"epss_severity":9,"epss_score":9,"severity":9,"severity_score":9,"severity_version":9,"severity_source":9,"severity_vector":9,"severity_status":9},false,[46,52,57],{"url":47,"sources":48,"tags":50},"https://advisories.mageia.org/MGASA-2017-0390.html",[49],"osv_mageia",[51],"Advisory",{"url":53,"sources":54,"tags":55},"https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21901",[49],[56],"REPORT",{"url":58,"sources":59,"tags":60},"https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Changelog-5.1#v30",[49],[56,61],"WEB",[],[],[],[66,78,82,86,91,94],{"ecosystem":67,"name":68,"vendor":69,"product":68,"cpe_part":9,"purl_type":70,"purl_namespace":69,"purl_name":68,"source":9,"versions":71},"Mageia","kmod-vboxadditions","mageia","rpm",[72],{"version":73,"is_range":74,"range_type":75,"version_start":9,"version_start_type":9,"version_end":76,"version_end_type":77,"fixed_in":9},"lt5_1_30_1_mga5",true,"ecosystem","5.1.30-1.mga5","excluding",{"ecosystem":67,"name":79,"vendor":69,"product":79,"cpe_part":9,"purl_type":70,"purl_namespace":69,"purl_name":79,"source":9,"versions":80},"kmod-virtualbox",[81],{"version":73,"is_range":74,"range_type":75,"version_start":9,"version_start_type":9,"version_end":76,"version_end_type":77,"fixed_in":9},{"ecosystem":67,"name":83,"vendor":69,"product":83,"cpe_part":9,"purl_type":70,"purl_namespace":69,"purl_name":83,"source":9,"versions":84},"virtualbox",[85],{"version":73,"is_range":74,"range_type":75,"version_start":9,"version_start_type":9,"version_end":76,"version_end_type":77,"fixed_in":9},{"ecosystem":67,"name":68,"vendor":69,"product":68,"cpe_part":9,"purl_type":70,"purl_namespace":69,"purl_name":68,"source":9,"versions":87},[88],{"version":89,"is_range":74,"range_type":75,"version_start":9,"version_start_type":9,"version_end":90,"version_end_type":77,"fixed_in":9},"lt5_1_30_1_mga6","5.1.30-1.mga6",{"ecosystem":67,"name":79,"vendor":69,"product":79,"cpe_part":9,"purl_type":70,"purl_namespace":69,"purl_name":79,"source":9,"versions":92},[93],{"version":89,"is_range":74,"range_type":75,"version_start":9,"version_start_type":9,"version_end":90,"version_end_type":77,"fixed_in":9},{"ecosystem":67,"name":83,"vendor":69,"product":83,"cpe_part":9,"purl_type":70,"purl_namespace":69,"purl_name":83,"source":9,"versions":95},[96],{"version":89,"is_range":74,"range_type":75,"version_start":9,"version_start_type":9,"version_end":90,"version_end_type":77,"fixed_in":9}]
