EPSS score0.19%
Nuxt OG Image generates OG Images with Vue templates in Nuxt. From 6.2.5 until 6.7.0, the dynamic /_og/d/*.png route accepts unsigned requests while resolvePathCacheKey() produces cache keys from the request path, site URL, and normalized rendering options exposed through image URLs and server responses. An unauthenticated attacker can provide attacker-controlled image data through the title parameter together with a derived cacheKey and populate the cache slot used for a legitimate Open Graph image, causing spoofed image content to be served to users. This issue is fixed in version 6.7.0.CVE-2025-54075@nuxtjsmdc+1EPSS score0.34%
MDC is a tool to take regular Markdown and write documents interacting deeply with a Vue component. Prior to version 0.17.2, a remote script-inclusion / stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in @nuxtjs/mdc lets a Markdown author inject a `<base href="https://attacker.tld">` element. The `<base>` tag rewrites how all subsequent relative URLs are resolved, so an attacker can make the page load scripts, styles, or images from an external, attacker-controlled origin and execute arbitrary JavaScript in the site’s context. Version 0.17.2 contains a fix for the issue.CVE-2025-24981@nuxtjsmdc+1EPSS score0.68%
MDC is a tool to take regular Markdown and write documents interacting deeply with a Vue component. In affected versions unsafe parsing logic of the URL from markdown can lead to arbitrary JavaScript code due to a bypass to the existing guards around the `javascript:` protocol scheme in the URL. The parsing logic implement in `props.ts` maintains a deny-list approach to filtering potential malicious payload. It does so by matching protocol schemes like `javascript:` and others. These security guards can be bypassed by an adversarial that provides JavaScript URLs with HTML entities encoded via hex string. Users who consume this library and perform markdown parsing from unvalidated sources could result in rendering vulnerable XSS anchor links. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 0.13.3 and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.CVE-2026-61793Npmnuxt-og-image+1EPSS score0.50%
Nuxt OG Image generates OG Images with Vue templates in Nuxt. From 6.0.2 until 6.7.0, nuxt-og-image exposes the unauthenticated /_og/d/** route when the documented defaults security.strict = false and security.secret = "" are used, and base64url-decodes the fonts parameter through decodeOgImageParams. Attacker-controlled fonts[].path values flow through loadDefinedFonts into the font-assets/node.js binding, which performs a server-side fetch without validating the URL scheme, origin, resolved address, or redirects. This permits blind requests to loopback, private, link-local, cloud metadata, and other internal HTTP services, while differences in the outer response status and timing can reveal service reachability. Slow targets can also occupy OG image render workers for the configured fetch and render timeouts. This issue is fixed in version 6.7.0.CVE-2026-44589Npmnuxt-og-image+1EPSS score0.26%
Nuxt OG Image generates OG Images with Vue templates in Nuxt. The isBlockedUrl() denylist introduced in nuxt-og-image@6.2.5 to remediate GHSA-pqhr-mp3f-hrpp (Dmitry Prokhorov / Positive Technologies, March 2026) is incomplete. It has an incomplete IPv6 prefix list and is missing redirect re-validation. This vulnerability is fixed in 6.4.9.CVE-2026-34404Npmnuxt-og-image+2EPSS score0.46%
Nuxt OG Image generates OG Images with Vue templates in Nuxt. Prior to version 6.2.5, the image‑generation component by the URI: /_og/d/ (and, in older versions, /og-image/) contains a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability. The issue arises because there is no restriction on the width and height parameters of the generated image. The vulnerability was reproduced using the standard configuration and the default templates. This issue has been patched in version 6.2.5.CVE-2026-34405Npmnuxt-og-image+2EPSS score0.26%
Nuxt OG Image generates OG Images with Vue templates in Nuxt. Prior to version 6.2.5, the image‑generation component by the URI: /_og/d/ (and, in older versions, /og-image/) contains a vulnerability that allows injection of arbitrary attributes into the HTML page body. This issue has been patched in version 6.2.5.
