Description

SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise, version 16.0, allows an authenticated user to execute crafted database queries to elevate privileges of users in the system, leading to SQL Injection.

Without sufficient removal or quoting of SQL syntax in user-controllable inputs, the generated SQL query can cause those inputs to be interpreted as SQL instead of ordinary user data.
