CVE-2018-19608alpinembedtls+5
EPSS score0.34%
Arm Mbed TLS before 2.14.1, before 2.7.8, and before 2.1.17 allows a local unprivileged attacker to recover the plaintext of RSA decryption, which is used in RSA-without-(EC)DH(E) cipher suites.CVE-2018-19440debianarm-trusted-firmware+2EPSS score1.44%
ARM Trusted Firmware-A allows information disclosure.CVE-2018-9989armmbed_tls+4EPSS score2.12%
ARM mbed TLS before 2.1.11, before 2.7.2, and before 2.8.0 has a buffer over-read in ssl_parse_server_psk_hint() that could cause a crash on invalid input.CVE-2018-9988armmbed_tls+4EPSS score2.12%
ARM mbed TLS before 2.1.11, before 2.7.2, and before 2.8.0 has a buffer over-read in ssl_parse_server_key_exchange() that could cause a crash on invalid input.CVE-2018-12437debianlibtomcrypt+3EPSS score0.54%
LibTomCrypt through 1.18.1 allows a memory-cache side-channel attack on ECDSA signatures, aka the Return Of the Hidden Number Problem or ROHNP. To discover an ECDSA key, the attacker needs access to either the local machine or a different virtual machine on the same physical host.CVE-2021-40327ubuntuarm-trusted-firmware+1EPSS score1.19%
Trusted Firmware-M (TF-M) 1.4.0, when Profile Small is used, has incorrect access control. NSPE can access a secure key (held by the Crypto service) based solely on knowledge of its key ID. For example, there is no authorization check associated with the relationship between a caller and a key owner.CVE-2021-36647armmbed_tls+3EPSS score0.16%
Use of a Broken or Risky Cryptographic Algorithm in the function mbedtls_mpi_exp_mod() in lignum.c in Mbed TLS Mbed TLS all versions before 3.0.0, 2.27.0 or 2.16.11 allows attackers with access to precise enough timing and memory access information (typically an untrusted operating system attacking a secure enclave such as SGX or the TrustZone secure world) to recover the private keys used in RSA.CVE-2021-36133debianoptee-os+2EPSS score0.27%
The OPTEE-OS CSU driver for NXP i.MX SoC devices lacks security access configuration for several models, resulting in TrustZone bypass because the NonSecure World can perform arbitrary memory read/write operations on Secure World memory. This involves a DMA capable peripheral.CVE-2021-43619trustedfirmwaretrusted_firmware-mEPSS score0.42%
Trusted Firmware M 1.4.x through 1.4.1 has a buffer overflow issue in the Firmware Update partition. In the IPC model, a psa_fwu_write caller from SPE or NSPE can overwrite stack memory locations.CVE-2021-27562trustedfirmwaretrusted_firmware-mKEVEPSS score3.06%
In Arm Trusted Firmware M through 1.2, the NS world may trigger a system halt, an overwrite of secure data, or the printing out of secure data when calling secure functions under the NSPE handler mode.CVE-2021-44149trustedfirmwareop-teeEPSS score0.35%
An issue was discovered in Trusted Firmware OP-TEE Trusted OS through 3.15.0. The OPTEE-OS CSU driver for NXP i.MX6UL SoC devices lacks security access configuration for wakeup-related registers, resulting in TrustZone bypass because the NonSecure World can perform arbitrary memory read/write operations on Secure World memory. This involves a v cycle.CVE-2021-44732alpinembedtls+6EPSS score2.77%
Mbed TLS before 3.0.1 has a double free in certain out-of-memory conditions, as demonstrated by an mbedtls_ssl_set_session() failure.CVE-2021-45450ubuntumbedtls+3EPSS score1.23%
In Mbed TLS before 2.28.0 and 3.x before 3.1.0, psa_cipher_generate_iv and psa_cipher_encrypt allow policy bypass or oracle-based decryption when the output buffer is at memory locations accessible to an untrusted application.CVE-2021-32032trustedfirmwaretrusted_firmware-mEPSS score1.77%
In Trusted Firmware-M through 1.3.0, cleaning up the memory allocated for a multi-part cryptographic operation (in the event of a failure) can prevent the abort() operation in the associated cryptographic library from freeing internal resources, causing a memory leak.CVE-2015-5291debianpolarssl+7EPSS score3.66%
Heap-based buffer overflow in PolarSSL 1.x before 1.2.17 and ARM mbed TLS (formerly PolarSSL) 1.3.x before 1.3.14 and 2.x before 2.1.2 allows remote SSL servers to cause a denial of service (client crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via a long hostname to the server name indication (SNI) extension, which is not properly handled when creating a ClientHello message. NOTE: this identifier has been SPLIT per ADT3 due to different affected version ranges. See CVE-2015-8036 for the session ticket issue that was introduced in 1.3.0.CVE-2015-8036ubuntumbedtls+5EPSS score2.89%
Heap-based buffer overflow in ARM mbed TLS (formerly PolarSSL) 1.3.x before 1.3.14 and 2.x before 2.1.2 allows remote SSL servers to cause a denial of service (client crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via a long session ticket name to the session ticket extension, which is not properly handled when creating a ClientHello message to resume a session. NOTE: this identifier was SPLIT from CVE-2015-5291 per ADT3 due to different affected version ranges.CVE-2016-6129debianlibtomcrypt+4EPSS score0.78%
The rsa_verify_hash_ex function in rsa_verify_hash.c in LibTomCrypt, as used in OP-TEE before 2.2.0, does not validate that the message length is equal to the ASN.1 encoded data length, which makes it easier for remote attackers to forge RSA signatures or public certificates by leveraging a Bleichenbacher signature forgery attack.CVE-2025-27810alpinembedtls+5EPSS score0.30%
Mbed TLS before 2.28.10 and 3.x before 3.6.3, in some cases of failed memory allocation or hardware errors, uses uninitialized stack memory to compose the TLS Finished message, potentially leading to authentication bypasses such as replays.CVE-2025-27809alpinembedtls+5EPSS score0.20%
Mbed TLS before 2.28.10 and 3.x before 3.6.3, on the client side, accepts servers that have trusted certificates for arbitrary hostnames unless the TLS client application calls mbedtls_ssl_set_hostname.CVE-2025-49601alpinembedtls+4EPSS score0.32%
In MbedTLS 3.3.0 before 3.6.4, mbedtls_lms_import_public_key does not check that the input buffer is at least 4 bytes before reading a 32-bit field, allowing a possible out-of-bounds read on truncated input. Specifically, an out-of-bounds read in mbedtls_lms_import_public_key allows context-dependent attackers to trigger a crash or limited adjacent-memory disclosure by supplying a truncated LMS (Leighton-Micali Signature) public-key buffer under four bytes. An LMS public key starts with a 4-byte type indicator. The function mbedtls_lms_import_public_key reads this type indicator before validating the size of its input.
